The remote capture is a software solution for FileNet customers with
remote capture locations. Remote Capture is a new concept developed
by eDoc team in USA, this capture subsystem allows for both Offline
and Online capture without interruption to the capture process. The
transfer process based on configurable timer will detect the network
availability and upload the captured documents to the main system.
Remote Capture also supports online light web capture with remote
support. (No need to travel to clients' site for support) This product
is licensed per scanning station.
Capture & Distribute is a content distribution tool; it facilitates
the export of selected documents for offline distribution, in a self
contained media (CD, DVD, OD) along with their indexing information
and a retrieval application.
